Important: All customers are requested to check the size guide, product description, and fit notes before confirming their order. Returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size selection, fit preference, body type variation, or failure to check measurements may not be accepted, subject to Azra’s Return & Refund Policy.

Before You Choose a Size

If a product page mentions a specific designer size chart or fit note, that product-specific information should be treated as more relevant than the general chart below.

How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape comfortably close to the body, not too tight and not too loose. For best results, measure over fitted clothing.

Bust / Chest

Measure around the fullest part of the bust or chest, keeping the tape level across the back.

Underbust

Measure directly under the bust. This is important for corsets, blouses, bralettes, and structured tops.

Waist

Measure around the natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso.

Hip / Seat

Measure around the fullest part of the hips or seat, keeping the tape straight and level.

Shoulder

Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across the back.

Armhole

Measure around the shoulder and underarm area. This matters for fitted blouses, jackets, and structured tops.

Sleeve Length

Measure from the shoulder point to the desired sleeve end, such as elbow, wrist, or full sleeve length.

Outfit Length

Measure from the shoulder down to the desired hemline for dresses, gowns, kurtas, anarkalis, and sherwanis.

Bottom Length

Measure from the waist to the desired bottom hemline for trousers, skirts, lehengas, shararas, and pants.

Neck

For men’s shirts, bandhgalas, and sherwanis, measure around the base of the neck with slight comfort space.

Fit Guidance

  • If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort and alteration flexibility.
  • For fitted, padded, corset, bodycon, mermaid, heavily embroidered, or non-stretch pieces, please check measurements more carefully.
  • For relaxed silhouettes such as kaftans, capes, overlays, and flowy anarkalis, the fit may be more flexible.
  • For co-ord sets, choose the size based on the piece that is less flexible or more fitted.
  • For lehengas, skirts, trousers, and shararas, waist and hip measurements are very important.
  • For blouses, corsets, crop tops, and jackets, bust/chest, shoulder, armhole, and sleeve measurements are very important.
  • Product images are for styling and visual reference. The actual fit may vary depending on height, body shape, fabric, lining, and garment construction.

Alteration & Margin

Some garments may have alteration margin, while others may not due to embroidery, lining, structure, fabric, or designer finishing. Availability of margin is not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned on the product page or confirmed by Azra before purchase.
